Charter Insurance

Guys...little help here if you will...friend of mine is preparing for retirement, and thinking of getting Capts license to run inshore charters, 6 pack. Can any/some of you give me a heads up, he's wondering what insurenace in required and what the average cost might be per year for the premium. He hasn't boat the boat yet, and I know the value of the boat will factor, but what/is there an additional premium for chartering?
