UV; Did I read your post correctly? you put two collars on each shaft and two plates on each trim tab and rudder? I have only one collar per shaft and one plate on each trim tab and rudder.

PS: Tore down the Racors and cleaned them, changed 2ndary fuel filters and, replaced the Raw Water Impellars this past weekend. Almost have the engines zeroed out. Will change the oil and filter and do the same things on the Genny weekend after next. Engines even started up after my first attempt at fuel system maintenance! Cummins should list cold beer as a tool in the manual...
