No oysters this weekend, just slurped up some crawfish and Omaha steaks one of the Faithful sent me. Man, them things are Mamma Slaping good when you wrap them with some thick sliced coonass bacon, marinate them in olive oil, garlic & soy sauce and slap them on a hot bbq pit. Melt in your mouth.
