Joe: What about the bubble wrap insulation that they put on ductwork, etc. I have used it in building with great success. FarmTek http://www.farmtekcatalog.com/0060.asp has a double bubble wrap that is twice the thickness and you can get it with either foil on both sides or foil on one side and white poly on the other. It is incredibly strong for its thickness and reasonably priced. I just put up the single bubble white poly as ceiling in my 900 sq. foot shop. If you are interested I can send you a sample piece. You could glue it directly to the sides and lay another piece on top like Capt. Pat recommends. Home Depot carries rthe single bubble foil faced. Mught be cheap enough to try before you spend a lot of money. Rawleigh
