thank you walter you didn`t mention that in your post on the open array radar verus dome.i have a 3/16"x18"x12" i welded into the radar arch when i built it but at that time i was thinking dome now that you and others talk me into array i notice the differance in weight.i guess adding a stand off (12") wound add considerable force due to the fulcrum effect.does anybody out there have this set up;open array mounted on 12"standoff than held on a radar arch 11/2" aluminum very well braced.
