Thanks Jerry. I have a resperator and will use it. If it's toxic it must be some goooood paint. Plastic shop called me today and they cut all my panels for me on straight cuts. I will do the routing and other cuts. Total came to $82 for the whole boat excluding the birthing compartment. Previous stewart used luan and stained it for the overhead. Not bad but I'll change that eventually too. Dave K
