I found a 31b I like but have run into a snag. I spoke to the broker we discussed the boat he said it has not had much interest. I told him how much I be willing to spend if I decide to buy. He said he would contact the owner and call me back. Well, that was 10 days ago and I have tried to contact the broker by phone and email with no response. I believe I could contact the owner myself but not sure if this is the way to go but Id like to move on if this is not going to happen. Any thoughts?
