Chris, I'm playing hookie this afternoon and heading down to the river. I'll see where we are on the engine swap including shaft status. Switching tranmissions from Hurth to BW required shorter shafts. I could have shortened the existing 1 3/8 shafts, but want to keep them as spares in case I rebuild the engines & Hurths I just took out.

Spring is getting closer. Can't wait to hook up with you and the Northern Neck crew this year.
