Guys,

The Eastwood Company is a supplier of automotive body/fender, interior, etc. restoration products. They sell a variety of vinyl spray colors (for vinyl auto tops) that includes white. I've used the white successfully to restore the vinyl covering on the cushions on my Pompanette pedestal chairs AND on the original cabin headliner vinyl covering on Triton II. It is certainly UV (not our UV) proof since the sprays are for car tops. It should work for your sheet material headliner and bond well. You even have a color choice now, too.

If you need more info on Eastwood, I'll post it here.
Jerry
