Thanks Chiles. Just the kind of advice I was looking for. I have some 545 left over from my gunnel /bow topside job last winter but not enough to paint these panels and at $100 a gallon or so pretty hard to justify that cost. I did not think of waxing I don't know why. That's why we have this site , even the most experienced can overlook something. I never used the Sintra but it looks like pretty nice material. But I realize that being PVC it will yellow with time. So waxing an overhead inside ought to prolong the life considerably. Thank-you sir... Dave K
