I used the Interlux 2000 as well and was very pleased.

If you have the facilities, I would highly recommend spray application.

I rolled on three coats, but was not pleased with the roller nap texture that was left behind. After several hours of sanding the bottom back down, I had 4 coats sprayed on and the finish almost looks like the 43 year old boat just came out of the mold.
