I too saw the Plasteak at the NY Boat Show. The plasteak for decking looked pretty realistic with strips and black caulking between the strips. I was less impressed with the teak and holly veneer that they had. It's basically similar to a roll of linolium. To my eye it did not look realistic enough. I am awaiting a sample of Amtico in the mail, I was told by the rep that it is more realistic than the fake teak and holly. I would like to do the v-berth and head on Windstar in something other than nautilex, which is there now.
