It will not matter who is elected as mayor.

Mismanagement and corruption has dogged city hall for 3 decades.

Certainly Masters is by far the worse of the major candidates. He is not fit to be a honey truck driver let alone a preacher and possibly a mayor. Good manners and possible lawsuits prevent me from expanding any further.
Brown can't do any worse than he already has.

Instead of wasting money on cookouts, it should be used for redevelopment, but then again welfare is a mainstay of Riviera Beach(Belle Glade By The Sea).

People already hangout at the Tiki hut in the city marina every night.

The race factor will always be there and until it disappears, nothing will ever change.
