Mike,
We closed the general mechanical forum board many years ago and now limit this forum to the 31, and other Bertram boats at times.
Some of the regular 31 owners have other boats that we discuss from time to time.
But they are recognized as supporters of this webb site.
While we would like to help you out, we cannot due to the fact that if we do one, we have to do them all.
I'm sure there are many forum sites that cater to outboards and a quick search should find you one.
