Time to re-spool for spring and I got to thinking about building a reel spooler rather than shelling out the bucks to buy one. Gulf Coast Fisherman has an article about building one in their Winter 2004 issue (according to their web site) but it's not available online. Anybody get this mag (not available around here) and have a comment about the article? I'm looking for something to respool 50s/80s/130s and didn't know if the article was worth trying to scrounge up an issue.
