Here are the specs for Bobcat, right off the Liberty site.

Power package: 510 hp V8 MAN
Overall Length: 42'
Beam: 15'
Draft: 3' 6"
Cockpit Area: 110 sq ft
Fuel: 600 gal
Misc: Full tower/30 gal/hr at 30 knots
Delivery Date: 1995
Homeport: Mystic, CT

I think that for a 42' boat with those engines, that a 30 gal/hr. fuel burn is pretty good for a sustainable 30 knot cruise! Particularly with a full tower. Hell, with my 440's I was probably burning close to that @ 19 knots.

The guys who did my repower are MAN dealers as well, and do all the maintenance on her. They love her (and not for revenue purposes!). All I can say is that boat is damned sweet!
