I would be very careful! If you go to cuba and hold us citizenship they can take your boat and other property assc., with the trip. It happened several years to some boats from here. One was from NJ and he lost everything. I do know that there are several loop holes created by Bush. If your are working media (press), Cuban Amer. or have an assc. with an international company with offices in both the us and cuba. I believe there might a few more loop holes. You can fly there from NY. Flights are like once a week, with proper doc.. I would talk to attorney 1st.
