Where's my hot water tank?

Spent most of yesterday getting "my" '83 B28 and her B210's surveyed. The only oddity was that no one could find the hot water heater. The owner dropped by and gave the aproximate location(under the dinette) but the surveyor assured me it was not there. The only space bigger than a breadbox and not accounted for is behind the frig which would place the heater directly between the two sinks, which makes a lot of sense. Can anyone confirm or deny?
