Both are PVC structural grade marine foam. The Divinycell is much more brittle, larger cell structure, and can crush within the composite under a heavy blow. That's the reason for not using Divinycell, (or similar hard foams), in cored hulls.
Klegecell is far more plasticized, won't crush as readily, and is even flexible enough to accommodate shapes other than flat without have to use scored sheeting. Klegecell is more like Airex foam, but more affordable. Klegecell is also less likely to delaminate due to it's toughness.
