Yes I did it just like Trey explained it and it was a huge difference, in the overall feel and performance of the boat. It can be a little tricky if like me you never worked with that type of foam before. You can only mix it for 10-15 seconds and then it kicks quick, and kicks hard, you can blow your boat apart if it's got not enough room to expand. I used about 500lbs, to the tune of about $800,price gone up quite a bit since Trey did it. If you live closer to the East Coast I still have all the drawings and notes. Or if I can be of any additional help, although Da Judge is the king of B25's. Good luck, if you need me 508-548-9440 Mass.
