B20 steering

Anyone with a b20 know how long the length of the rod that connects the steering cable/hydraulic steering cylinder to the out drive? I am trying to correct the previous owners use of wrong parts and I am missing that piece. The piece I need is L shaped with a bearing or a hole on the other end.
