Gelcoat Repair

I have number of gouges, gaff marks, etc I need to repair. I have a few questions on what to use;
One, I have the gelcoat I ordered from Bertram, put, it has no hardener, what hardener should I use? What should I use as a filler under the new gel coat? What should I thin the gelcoat with?
