You need two things.
A good hull surveyor and an engine surveyor for the brand of engine that is in the boat.

While there are very knowlegable people here, there is no substitute for the physical contact a surveyor will perform.

The board here can help you narrow down your choices.

Word of advice. Most all good accredited surveyors all charge the same. If you find yourself complaining about the cost of a surveyor, walk away from boating.
Its the best value you will ever spend on a boat and the most necessary.
