3/4" R65 Klegecell would be my choice... Layup of top surface to be 1/8", with at least one layer being 1708 biaxle fabric. The under side only 2 layers of 1708. Top hat reinforce as necessary...

All done in polyester. Since you're laying teak, theres no need to gelcoat, but all surfaces should have a final sealer coat of resin applied after all construction sanding is done.
