Suggestions for adding fuel to B28?

What is the best place, way to add fuel capacity to a 77 B28? Would like to add 100 gals, saddle tanks in the sides would have to be small, not sure how much sould be gained by adding tank across transom flush with cockpit. It could be added in the place of the drawers under the dinette, but how would all the weight on one side be a problem?

And how big is the water tank?
