divincell vs balsa??

Replacing some wet balsa coring under the gunnells of my friends 37 topaz. water got in aruond the rod holders and tower legs. Was not an easy job. I cut away the bottom skin and removed the wet balsa. Now ready to relamate. Should I go with 3/4 balsa again and epoxy seal around the cut outs for the rod holders or go with dinivicell. I am using west epoxy and 1708 stich mat for the new bottom skin. What do you guys think??
