Versacel PVC Foamboard

I have read the tips for using this product as described here on the site. Question: My 31 is gutted and ready to build new everything...My intent is to lay the floor down and build the new engine boxes,console,storage cabinets EVERYTHING from the v-berth to the transom. Can I build up these boxes without them warping and twisting out of shape before I get the boat to the fiberglass crew that will glass them in to the boat. The boat is indoors and climate controlled for construction then gets trailered to the yard for glass work etc. What size (1/2 or 3/4) would you put on the deck..teak will run front to back on top of it after all the painting is done.
