Thats where I got the information, CFR 46 is states basically that any vessel over 5 tons requires the documentation as well as a coastwise endorsement. In talking to the Coast Guard, I need to submit a Evidence of Build Letter, I think its used to confirm that the vessel was built in the US. My issue is I need to find out how to get that letter. I have been trying to contact Bertram Yachts, but, they are not calling me back, not yet anyway.
