Who says you have to be documented to charter? Will it be you running the boat? Are you the owner/operator? Sixpack license? I have all the licenses and permits via the Coast Guard, NOAA, and the DEC all with my NY State registration numbers clearly indicated. I couldn't trace the ownership back to manufacture and I surely tried. Even Bertram
can't tell me if I own hull 31-382, 383, or 384 as all three numbers have been found on the boat (not uncommon on early 60's manufacture). Walter
