The 200 is too small. The 400 & 500 are the same except the 400 has 3/8" NPT ports and the 500 has 1/2" NPT ports. The 500 is better since it is easy to hard plumb to the intake side of your Racors using just one fitting - 1/2" NPT on one end and the correct SAE on the other end to screw in the Racor. The 500 with the 1/2" ports gives you more beef for the hard plumbing. The flexible fuel hose that once screwed into the Racor can then be screwed into the intake side of the Algae X using the correct adapter fitting. Be sure to install the X unit with the rounded side up.

I have had the 500's for several years and they really work to cut the crud and filter clogging way down, reduce smoke, and increase fuel economy by about 10%.
