I used Sludge Suckers 239-463-4249 in Ft. Myers Beach. Well I know that is a little out of there way , your place that is, so last resort ask them where to go. I would first try your yellow pages and ask a fuel depot company who they would recomend. All instutitions etc have their tanks cleaned from time to time so some may not be listed in the book. Also ask a good marine mechanic. If you do not know one simply ask a charter boat fleet owner for a recomendation and he or she will give you a good name. I had my old Bertram vandalized 17 years ago . They put mud and canal water into my tank because I wouldn't give them a boat ride . (Crack heads) So I had a lot of crude to clean and Racors are good but will not clean your whole tank like that. You need a Sludge Sucker Company or equivilant. Dave K
