There is new stuff out that Richard Kidd at Bertram says really really works. I lost the name of the company but it is not cheap and works by far the best for underwater running gear protection. Slick as anything and no growth at all. Contact Richard as listed at the bottom of this page under Bertram Yachts. Dave K
