Not to answer for the other MA residents on this board, some of whom we already know are crazy...

But you New Yorkers, as Walter already stated so well, have no rocks to throw while living in glass houses. Hillary and Chuck, ahem...

And you guys in the south, my point was already made are not perfect at all times already.

Our current governor ran against Ted some time ago, and came really close to winning. He then bloodied the Democrats nose in the governors race that was won handily. People apparently have voted for Ted. But he does bring the state some benefits from his seniority. Unlike Kerry, who in 20 years of senatorial presence, I cannot point to a single actual accomplishment, Ted has done a fair amount for this state. The Democrats political machine is pretty well powered here in this state.

Long story short, we all have politicians we are not always proud of. California's Grey Davis, New York Senators, MA senators, CT republican governor Rowland, and a long history of crooked Louisiana lawmakers. We all got them.
