Ditto to Capt. Frank. Too much info to list. What are you looking for - offshore, inshore or surf? All charter boats leave out of one of three places (all have web sites)- Pirates Cove, Oregon Inlet, or Hatteras Inlet (Oden's Dock, Hatteras Harbor or Teaches Lair).
