The New B31, looking more like the modern Euro style Bertram is kind of my fear also... Sorta' like Ford brought back the T-Bird? It bombed.

My hope is that the design will hold true to the original lines, but with today's technology and refinements.

As far as what the new B31 will do to the market price of the original B31, it'll be somewhat like comparing an original Shelby Cobra to the new Shelby Cobra. Apples and Oranges. The original will never go out of demand & the new will sell or it won't...
