Soundown Sound Proofing

I'm finally going to go ahead and bit the bullet and upgrade the soundproofing on my 31. I have Cummins 6BTA's. Any recommendation on what thickness of Soundown to use? I'm planning on using the stuff with the vinyl decoupler. Also, any info on a source for this stuff? I know I can get it directly from Soundown, didn't know if there was a less expensive alternative.
