Charlie-

As much as we want to have SeaNile there I think it's too soon to take a guess at a splash date. If we register for a 31 slip can we cancel with no cancellation fee? On the other hand I don't want to book a slip without having a clue if the boat will be in the water by then and taking one of the last slips if there are others who want to go but haven't booked their slip yet.
