Rick Ruhl and the Kingfisher - web site is/was billfishingcostarica or costaricabillfishing. Not a Bert., but a good capt. and an enjoyable experience. He follows the fish, so depending on the bite he could be anywhere along the coast.

Were I to go down again, I would go with BrianB from this board down to Guat.
