Don't know about the charters, but if you come up short, head at little south to the town of Quepos. Lots of charters out of there chasing sails this time of year. You don't need a big boat as the seas are calm compared to what we are used to in the eastern U.S.

Spent 3 days fishing down there about 2 years ago and we banged 'em up good!!
