Joe,
Is the noise really exhaust noise or noise from the deck underway?

If you have any kind of flange on the outside of the transom outlets, take a one foot section of hose and clamp it to the flange and run the boat to see if the noise reduces in DB.

I been on a few boats with the 3208T without mufflers and they don't seem too bad and most of the noise was engine noise and deck hatch rattling.

Although working on rattling diesels, a helicoptor sounds quiet to me.
