bertram 31 side window removal

i need to change the side window on my Bertram 31 Express Cruiser, any suggestions how to remove the window frame ? there are too many screws ,what do i do remove them all ? if i do remove it, is it ever gona fit back in again ?
So, if you cared, its a 1971 built boat, probably best looking boat in Greece.
