I wouldn't do it. Your changing the weight distribution and what about the gas tank? Is it going forward? When the tank is quarter full( or three quarters empty, all the weight will be aft.

Changing the boat will reduce your re-sale. Who wants a bastard boat? Unless your going to keep it forever and be buried in it. This is not a far out idea. I mean the burying part. Some of our own "Faithfull" are intending to do just that. Speaking of one, who owned two Bertrams,he was going to put one inside the other and go with both. But he just sold one(the B20)and now all bets on off.

But maybe not! The new owner nows owns two Bertrams, so maybe this double burial will still happen.

For the record-- nobody ever, I mean ever, gets buried in a Hatteras! Bet the ranch on it....
