Phil:
I did that job last year. It is a tough job, but if you have gotten all the screws out you are almost done. Did you remove the three bolts over the top of the curved sections? I have a 1975 and have noticed that some of the older models did not have these. If you have all the screws out and the side windows out (They are attached to the front frame), you need to break the bedding seals now. I used two 2X4's to lift the weight off the frame. Placing them in the entrance to the V-berth and the bottom of the flybridge. Cut just a little long because you need to separate them by 1 1/2 to 2 inches in order to get the front frame out. Once you have started "lifting" the flybridge you can use a putty knife to break the seal along the top and bottom of the frame.
This not too bad to do, but if you need more information just call me: (508) 748-2973 or e-mail. Good luck, you have done the hard part, now comes the careful part.
