Site exceptionally slow today?

Is it my imagination (or computer) or is the site exceptionally slow today (Thursday)? The "Return to Index" and "Post Message" waits are so long, they make me wonder if I forgot to click them.

Given the earlier thread on the subject, I suspect, whatever the reason, the condition is perhaps getting worse. Out here we blame everything on the cold. Walter
