Thanks Preston. I was considering trying to buy one of the hurricane damaged B28's here in Pensacola and repowering with the dual prop setup that is powered by a single big diesel offered by Geared Up Systems in Destin. However, their minimum required shaft spacing is 55 inches. I suppose the space requirement for the gearboxes and U-joints is more than the B28 can accomodate without redrilling and reinforcing the hull. I appreciate your effort in checking for me.
