AI redid my side windows last winter. Bought the frame and plexi package from American Marine. I recall I received another quote but AM had the best price as well as good rep. I paid about $1,700 for the pair. This included one piece tinted plexi and frames to match original aluminum color. Two piece windows were about $100 more per side. Took about 8 weeks to get the parts from AM. My yard bill was bogus so I'm sorry I can't get you a clear idea of removal/installation time. Had the boat in the water for a full New England season and had no problems with leaks, etc...Have American Marine recommend the caulk.
