My bulkhead sliders are out and being restored right now.

My glass is cut and all set. I got replacement fur from a window manufacturer here in town.

The frames have been bead blasted and are at the powder coater right now. This guy did a fighting chair base and steering pedestal this way for me two years ago that have lasted really well, and underwent the same process. They started out much worse than my frames.

The worst part is now the windows will look so good (I hope!) that I need to repaint the bulkhead, and there is no better time to do that than when the windows are out!
