I decided to pay a few dollars to a Naval Architect to get help with determining my prop size and pitch given that my repower is a little "non conventional" and I was concerned about hull planing speeds and weight changes and all the good stuff I hear the faithful talk about every day.

Here is the form I had to fill out that shows where the measurements come from for the ratio's that Captian Patrick pointed out. I learned alot working with this company. You should see the report I got back about expected results and slip with different prop sizes and engine output.
