Not to sound like a purest, but the only gun I will take rabbit hunting is my old single shot hammer 410. Even went as far this season as to take my grandfathers 12 ga. Riverside Arms single hammer out for ringnecks, and rediscovered a long forgotten fact, you can still limit out using a single shot. Its hard to describe, kinda like the feeling you get after taking a deer with a flintlock. Gotta do something when the tuna aren't around, other than head for Marathon. Have to wait till Friday for that! Can you still get 16 ga. shells? I have a few boxes left for my "sweet 16" that I no longer take out.
