Epoxy Temps.

I'm using the West 105 and 205 hardener that on the can says it can be used down to 40 degrees. Its supposed to get into the 60s here on Wed and Thurs, and down to the 40s at night.
Does West epoxy set-up correctly down to 40 degrees per the can?
What happens if the weatherman is wrong and the temp. drops into the 30s at night. Will the epoxy set-up correctly? Will it just take alot longer to set-up? Will it never set-up and have to be ground out?
I'd like to get some stuff done now that I was planning on doing in April. Any of you NE guys got any advice?
Thanks--sorry for all the questions.
